Carnival in Brazil packages are available with R/T air or ground only. Transfer to and from Airport in air conditioned bus (refreshments included) to beach front condo/hotel or just off the beach comfortable apartments used by exclusive clients year round. 

Transfer to and from the Airport in air conditioned bus is included with guide/translator escort to beach front condo/hotel were you will be checked in and shown your accommodation.  With the Balhers Travel Club this also includes the Return transfer trip to airport at end of stay. We do not drop you off at the curb, toss you the keys and say "See Ya Later".  We are their for you like your Best Friend.

Here is an example of one of our apartments that you will be staying in while in Rio De Janeiro for "Carnival in Rio".  All of our apartments are 4 star rated.  We have condos ranging from studios; one, two, three, four bedrooms or even penthouses are available.  All apartments have LR, Kit, 1-3 baths and dining area.  All of our apartments are gated and include a doorman/security guard to watch over you 24hrs, 7 days a week.  All of our apartments or are located on the beach or 1-2 blocks from the beach in a safe well lit area.  Beach front apartments or hotel reservations are honored on a first come first serve basis.  Due to last years over whelming demand these rules will be strictly adhered to.

By the way this is Douglas our translator and tour guide that will be at your service anytime while you are in Rio de Janeiro for Carnival with the Balhers Travel Club.  Douglas is a "Carioca" born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who is a fluent speaker of Portuguese and English.  He has been a full-time the Balhers Travel Club LLC employee for 4 years.  Between his great personality and knowledge of Rio de Janeiro your stay is all but guaranteed to be great.  An the Value of that is Priceless.

Anytime while you are in Rio for Carnival as our guest you will never feel lost, alone or out of place.  He is a fluent speaker of Portuguese and English and has a great feel for what our travelers many need.

Maid service daily which includes fresh sheets, towels, clothes washed and garbage emptied.  All rooms are cleaned daily to include swept, mopped and bathrooms (showers) cleaned thoroughly.  For an additional fee a brazilian breakfast, lunch or dinner can be prepared for you daily.  Oh!!  Your maids name is Lucia (pictured on your left).  I call her the silent professional.  By that I mean one minute she is quietly  cleaning your apartment and the next thing you know she is "ghost".  Gone until the next day when she greats you with a pleasant "Bom Dia".  Most of the time you will not see her.  She is very discreet and will try to clean at your convenience.

Once you arrive in Rio de Janeiro and you are settled in your condominium you will be formally introduced to other travelers with the Balhers Travel Club. The Balhers Travel Club will go over a list of Carnival activities that you may want to attend during your stay at Carnival 2009.  Because when you attend "Carnival in Rio 2009" with the BTC "You are and never will be alone!!!".
